ORDER OF APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL JUDGE
On July 24, 2023, the Court entered Disqualification and Findings and Order to Notify
Court, wherein Judge Mary A. DeBoer recused herself from this cause.
Pursuant to the trial rules and Porter County Local Rules, the parties were given seven
days to agree to the appointment of an eligible special judge and file a written agreement with
the Court. On July 28, 2023 parties filed an Agreement to Special Judge informing the Court
that the parties agree to Judge Jeffrey W. Clymer to serve as Special Judge in this matter.
The Court now appoints The Honorable Jeffrey W. Clymer to serve as Special
Judge in this matter subject to his acceptance.
SO ORDERED THIS 28th DAY OF JULY, 2023.
