Comes now the court and finds that pursuant to IC 6-1.1-25-4.6(b), Fountain Investments LLC (Purchaser)
has satisfied all the requirements to be met for the issuance of tax deed for following parcel.

2) The time for redemption has expired.
3) The real estate has not been redeemed
4) The notices required by statute have been given to all the proper parties
5) No other objection to the issuance of a tax deed have been filed.
6) Because the Petitioner has specifically provided the information described in IND. CODE § 6-1.1-25-4.6(b), the
tax deed referenced herein shall constitute prima facie evidence of: (1) the regularity of the tax sale of the
Property; (2) the regularity of all proper proceedings; and (3) valid title in fee simple in the Petitioner.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT.
The Auditor of Grant County is ordered to issue a tax deed for the real estate to Fountain Investments LLC.
Pursuant to IC. 6-1.1-25-4 (j) the Auditor of Grant county shall, in the same manner that taxes are removed by
certificate of error, remove from the tax duplicate the taxes, special assessments, interest, penalties and cost
remaining due as the difference between the amount of the last minimum bid under LC. 6-1.1-24-5(e) and the
amount paid for the certificate of sale.
That Fountain Investments LLC shall hold the real estate in fee simple, absolute, free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances created or suffered before or after the tax sale.
