                   TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF’S COMPLAINT

       This Defendant, Joseph Ryne, having filed a Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to

Plaintiff’s Complaint, and the Court, having reviewed the Motion and being duly advised in the

premises, now finds that said Motion should be granted.

       IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this Defendant

shall have up to, and including October 8, 2023, to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s

Complaint.
