                            All claims, counterclaims, and cross claims of any party are hereby DISMISSED.

                  Costs shall be paid by PLAINTIFF NATALIE BINION.

                            The Video First Pretrial conference scheduled July 31, 2023 at 9:00 am is

                  CANCELED.

                            The parties shall have forty-five (45) days to file a stipulated entry reciting the

                  specific terms and conditions of the settlement if so desired. However, this Court retains

                  jurisdiction to enforce the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

                            This is a final appealable order. There is no just reason for delay.

                            IT IS SO ORDERED.
