Plaintiffs Rodolfo Chapa, Jr. and Yazmin Chapa, appeared by and through their attorney of record, Juan E. Gonzalez, and urged their Motion for Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc. After hearing the arguments of counsel and considering the motion filed by Plaintiffs the court hereby finds that the Judgment rendered on December 28, 2015, should be corrected as follows: On the 28‘“ day of December 2015, came on to be heard the above-entitled and numbered cause. Plaintiffs Rodolfo Chapa, Jr. and Yazmin Chapa, appeared personally and by and through their attorney of record, Juan E. Gonzalez. Defendant Joe Lara, having been duly cited by personal service, failed to appear and wholly made default. Defendant Nancy Vallejo, having been duly cited by personal service, failed to appear and wholly made default. No jury having been demanded, all matters of fact and things in controversy were submitted to the Court. The court hearing the evidence and arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that the Plaintiffs have judgement and that Plaintiffs are entitled to title and ownership to the interest of Joe Lara and Nancy Vallejo. In the real property more particularly described as: LOT SIX (6) ALVE SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DONNA, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET 31, SLOT 168-A, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs have full title and ownership to the interest of Joe Lara and Nancy Vallejo in real property more particularly described as: LOT SIX (6), ALVE SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY 0F DONNA, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET 31, SLOT 168-A, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs have possession of the real property described above and that all writs and processes for the enforcement and collection of this judgment may WWW, M.W issue as necessary.
