Plaintiff, DNF ASSOCIATES LLC, by counsel, having moved the Court for an Order directing
the Indiana Department of Workforce Development to produce specific information concerning the last
known name and address of the employer of Defendant COURTNEY STRIKER, and the Plaintiff having
served such Motion upon the Defendant and the Defendant having not filed to object in writing within 30
days to the granting of Plaintiff’s Motion.
The court being advised ORDERS:
1. That production of said employment information will not impede administration of the
Indiana employment security system and would serve the interest of justice.
2. That the Clerk of this Court is to return the Order to: P.O. Box, 11266, South Bend,
Indiana 46634 for service by plaintiff’s attorney to Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
3. That the Indiana Department of Workforce Development is ORDERED to produce
