Appears: Marta Bello, pro se and before this Honorable Court allege, pray and states:
1 I received the complaint from the bank on 1/08/2014 but lam in communication with
the bank doing a modification of the loan at this time.
2 I am not an attorney and ignore the court procedures, and i don’t understand why if, | am
doing a loan modification with the Bank submitting all documentation required, talking
with the Bank and only waiting for the Banks approval, and I was informed that i have all
the requirements to qualify for the President Obama Plan, the bank has summoned me.
This house is my homestead, and it’s the only asset that i have and if I am in arrears in my loan,
it was not my fault because i had an income reduction and my hours from work were reduced
which caused all these problems for me. I am now doing better at work and don’t want to lose
my house. Its where I reside with my family.
I am imploring from this court to stop the court foreclosure procedure until the Bank gives me an
answer of my petition for the loan modification. Please Honorable Judge do not let the bank put
me on the streets. Please help me in getting this major issue resolved and taken care of as soon as
possible.
