        This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ Stipulation of Partial Dismissal, in the

following words and figures, to-wit:

        The Court, being duly advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS said Stipulation, and

orders that any and all claims of the Plaintiff, Jakelin L. Aguigure, against the Defendant,

American Access Casualty Company, only, are hereby dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff’s

claims against Defendants, Danika R. Smith and Pace Air Frieght, Inc., shall continue to pend.
