successor in interest to Access Point (‘APF — CPX”, and together with APF — CRE, collectively,
“Plaintiffs”), by and through undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully request an extension until
Wednesday, June 1, 2022 to reply to Defendants’ Renewed Memorandum in Opposition to the
Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (“Memorandum in Opposition”)
This is Plaintiffs’ first request for an extension of time to reply to the Memorandum Opposition
and is not made for unnecessary delay or any other improper purpose. Counsel for the Plaintiffs
have communicated with counsel for the Defendants regarding Plaintiffs’ request and counsel for
the Defendants, by signature below, hereby consent to these additional extensions.
WHEREFORE, for good cause shown, Plaintiffs’ request for an extension of time for
Plaintiffs to reply to the Memorandum in Opposition until Wednesday, June 1, 2022 should be
granted.
