                      This matter comes before the Court on the motion (the “Motion”)      filed by Plaintiffs APF

            — CRE I, LLC      (““APF-CRE”) and APF — CPX I, LLC (“APF-CPX”),             successors in interest to

            Access Point Financial, LLC f/k/a Access Point Financial, Inc. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) for leave,

            nunc pro tunc, to exceed the page limit established in Local Rule           12.02 for their Reply to

            Defendants Abhijit S. Vasani and Bhavna A. Vasani’s Renewed Memorandum in Opposition to the

            Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (the “Memorandum in Opposition”)

            by no more than fourteen (14) pages, for a total of twenty-one (21) pages, including attachments.

            IT IS HEREBY ORDERED               THAT Plaintiffs are hereby granted leave, nunc pro tunc, to file a

            Reply to the Memorandum           in Opposition not to exceed twenty-one       (21) pages, including

            attachments.
