                   Plaintiffs APF —- CRE I, LLC and APF — CPX I, LLC (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), third-

            party Access Point Financial, LLC,      f/k/a Access   Point Financial, Inc.   (“Access Point”), and

            Defendants Abhijit S. Vasani and Bhavna A. Vasani (collectively, “Defendants”) (hereinafter the

            Plaintiffs, Access Point and Defendants shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties”), file this

            Stipulated Notice to confirm that the deadline for Plaintiffs to respond to the First Combined Set

            of Requests for Admissions Interrogatories, and Requests for the Production of Documents to

            Plaintiff [sic] served by Defendants and for Access Point ot respond to the Civil Subpoena served

            by Defendants is continued until December 15, 2022
