We have an appraiser scheduled to inspect the property on November 3, 2022. | see the Court signed off on the
proposed entry you submitted with your Motion to Amend the Discovery Response Deadline. It includes language that
we notify all third parties of the new discovery response date. As you know, we did not get any opportunity to oppose
that motion or inform the Court of the pending inspection. | would like to go forward with the inspection as
scheduled. Would you join in submitting an agreed order permitting the same? If not I’d like to reach out to the Court
to address the issue.
