The parties herein agree to judgment entry in favor of PROMEDICA HEALTH SYSTEM, INC, and
against ELIZABETH J RONAU, in the amount of $1,972.68, plus costs, pursuant to the following
agreement:
By further agreement of the parties, Defendant shail pay to Plaintiff the sum of $2,309.06, which
includes court costs of $336.38 costs, as follows:
- An initial payment of $1,000.00 made on or before September 6, 2022; andAdditional weekly
payment(s) of $1,309.06 until the balance of the settlement is paid.
Payments shall be made payable and forwarded to the address below on the agreed date.

Defendant reserves the right to prepay any and all of the amount due at any time without penalty.
The parties agree that Plaintiff will not execute on said judgment, except for the filing of a judgment
lien, provided that Defendants pay Plaintiff the scheduled payments as outlined in this agreement.
Defendants shall not have a grace period in which to make payment. Acceptance of a late payment
shall not be deemed a waiver of Plaintiff's rights to receive all remaining payments on a timely basis.
The parties further agree that in the event that Defendants default on said payment arrangement,
Plaintiff shall be entitled to issue execution without further Order of this Court for the full judgment as
set forth in the first paragraph of this entry, less any payments made.
