BE'I'I'Y Z. PARKER, a resident of the County of Allen, State of Indiana,
I, being of
sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore
made by me. l declare that l am not married, that I have no children, living and
deceased.'
ARTICLEI
I direct that all claims, including those which are enforceable against me
during
my lifetime, which claims are duly allowed in the administration of my estate, be
paid as soon as practicable after my death. My Personal Representative may, in
their discretion, pay from my domiciliary estate all or any portion of the costs of
ancillary administration and similar proceedings in otherjurisdictions. l further
direct that any claims against me secured by any mortgage, pledge or other lien
on any real or personal, tangible or intangible property (whether owned
by me
jointly or individually) be considered in full as claims against my estate and that
no part of such claims be charged to or paid by any person other than
my estate.

ARTICLE ||
Any and all taxes due and payable to the State of Indiana, or any other taxing
authority, shall be paid in full bythe designated beneficiary receiving said property
with the exception of property administered and therefore passing through the
estate. This includes specifically: death taxes due Indiana on receipt of annuities,
joint tenancies, contract beneficiaries, Payment on Death (POD), Transfer on Death
(TOD), etc. This property designated payable to parties by contract or designated
beneficiary are not to have the death tax paid by the estate, but by the party who
actually receives the property. |t is the intent of the Testatrix that death taxes and
other taxes be paid Only on and for property passing through the estate itself, all
other beneficiaries must pay taxes including death taxes as individuals. The estate
is not to pay said taxes.

tangible and intangible, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated, including
