    Hi Patrick,

    It looks like the audit generates some time in February after the policy expires. It's sent to us, so I will be sure
    to forward it once we receive it. It's an online response system, so the reporting is very easy.

    In terms of the disability. It doesn't look like we have any disability policies in place now. I know this coverage
    is required in NY, but Aon does not place this coverage for JK & IT. I reached out to my colleagues in Florida to
    inquire about whether disability is required and they advised that it is not. I know that we are able to place this
    coverage for our NY clients through a specialized broker, but we do not place these policies in any other state
    apart from NY. I was advised by our Life and Health specialist that disability coverage usually comes from the
    payroll provider (ADT, Paychex, etc.).

     The lease in DC is over 1/31/21 and some of those employees will not be coming to Florida so I think we will need
     coverage for both locations from 1/18/21 to 1/31/21. Does that make sense?




     In addition, there will still be one employee in NY (Carmina) so we will still need the NY WC policy.




     What about disability? Do these policies provide coverage for disability too or is that a separate placement?

      Just circling back on the Worker's Comp insurance. I spoke with our underwriter at AIG and since there is an
      existing worker's compensation policy for these employees that is rated out of Washington, DC, we are able
      to amend the coverage territory to Florida. We, therefore do not need a new policy, but will amend the
      existing policy accordingly. I will ask them to process the territory change as of 1/18/2021 to be in-line with
      the start date of the new lease in Florida and will forward along the policy change once it's available.
