MOTION FOR INITIAL ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO ANSWER COMPLAINT
Pursuant to Allen County Local Civil Rule LR02-TR7-08(G), Defendant Edward Rose of
Indiana, LLC d/b/a Dupont Lakes Apartments, requests an enlargement of time to respond to
Plaintiff’s Complaint. In support of this motion, Defendant asserts:
1. The Defendant has not been defaulted.
2. A Case Management Order has not yet been issued.
3. Defendant is requesting an additional thirty days to respond to Plaintiff’s
Complaint, to and including July 13, 2023.
4. That Defendant’s attorney has spoken with Plaintiff’s attorney, and he does not
oppose an extension of time.
WHEREFORE, Defendant, Edward Rose of Indiana, LLC d/b/a Dupont Lakes Apartments
requests an extension of time to and including July 13, 2023 to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint.
