             NOW COMES Plaintiff Todd Ray, by and through counsel and pursuant to Rule 30 of the

     Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby provides notice that the deposition of Defendant

     Christopher M. Harris will take place on Thursday, February 23, 2023 beginning at 2:00 p.m.

     and will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing.

             This deposition will be taken under oath and upon oral examination pursuant to the

     Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure before a Notary Public or other officer authorized to administer

     oaths and may be used as evidence. Pursuant to Civ.R. 30(B)(3) and Sup.R. 13, this deposition
