          SCHEDULING ORDER NO. 3

          The following Scheduling Order shall apply:

          1. All Parties shall serve document requests on or before May 15, 2023.

          2. All Parties shall serve responses to document requests, and shall produce responsive
          documents, on or before June 16, 2023.

          3. The deadline to submit nonparty subpoenas to the arbitrator shall be July 18, 2023.

          4. Discovery End Date (party and nonparty) shall be October 17, 2023.

          5. Any dispositive motions shall be filed on or before November 22, 2023. Any reply to
          the dispositive motion is due December 22, 2023.

          6. The Final Hearing is hereby scheduled for February 5, 2024.

          7. Counsel for Saibaina Bukhari’s representations that she is no longer employed and in
          compliance with the Arbitrator’s orders is sufficient. No further evidence is required.
