pro tunc. Plaintiff appeared by attorney of record. Respondents, although having received notice of this
hearing, failed to appear. The Court heard argument by the Plaintiff. Afier due consideration and
examination of the original judgment rendered by the Court on August 18, 2014, the Court finds that the
judgment entered on August 18, 2014, contained the following typographical error: the judgment as
entered on the August 18, 2014, incorrectly recites the State Department of Highway and Public
Transportation. The correct entity is Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. This accurately reflects the
judgment rendered by this Court on August 18, 2014.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motion of the State of Texas, Plaintiff, for judgment
nunc pro tunc is GRANTED, and that the clerk will enter the judgment in accordance with the judgment
as rendered on August 18, 2014, Nunc Pro Tunc in the minutes ofthe Court.
