for an order amending the judgment nunc pro tunc to correct a typographical error pursuant to
Rule 316, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, in the above-entitlcd action signed on August 18,
2014.
I.
The judgment does not faithfully correspond to the judgment
in the above-entitled cause
of the Court rendered in this cause on August l8, 2014, because of a typographical error. The
judgment entered, incorrectly recites the State Department of Highway and Public
Transportation. The correct entity is Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
II.
The form of proposed judgment attached to this motion as Exhibit A accurately reflects
the judgment rendered by this Court on August 18, 2014.
