COMES NOW, Plaintiff VILLA MEDICI ASSOCIATION, INC. ("Plaintiff'),
by and
through the undersigned counsel, and hereby moves this Honorable Court for an Order for
and filing
Extension ofthe time for preparation and for mediation in
ofthe Joint Pretrial Stipulation
this case and in support thereof states as follows:
1. On June 29, 2021, the Court entered a Uniform Order SettingPretrial Deadlines and
Related Requirements ("Order").
2. The Order requiresthe filingof a Joint Pretrial Stipulationby October 7, 2021 and
requiresmediation to occur in the case by October 12, 2021.
3 Plaintiff is in the process of dropping some defendants in the case and attemptingto
work out a settlement. Plaintiff needs more time to work on preparation of the Joint Pretrial
and to determine
Stipulation if mediation will be required.
4. This Motion is filed in good faith and for no purpose other than to seek a reasonable
extension oftime for the reasons set-forth herein and not for purposes of delay.
