Management Conference, and the Court having considered the record, and having heard the
arguments of counsel for Plaintiff,Defendant and SJ Mak, LLC, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises,
THE COURT FINDS SJ Mak, LLC's interest in the matter in litigationis not of such a direct

and immediate character that SJ Mak will either gain nor lose by the direct legaloperation and
effect of the judgment. Therefore SJ Mak, LLC is not a person entitled to intervene in this
action. Trawick, Fla. Prac. & Proc. § 4-9 (2016-2017 ed.) (A person is entitled to intervene
when his interest in the matter in litigationis "of such a direct and immediate character that the
intervenor will either gain or lose by the direct legal operation and effect of the judgment.")
THEREFORE, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Emergency Motion to Intervene filed
