       You are hereby summoned and required to appear before this Court on

     November 16
_____________________,          2:15 PM via Zoom Lyon County District Court, 607 West
                       2022 at _______________,

Main Street, in the City of Marshall, County of Lyon, State of Minnesota, before a Judge of

District Court, and then, or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause or present

evidence, why this Court should not enter an Order for the relief requested by the Plaintiff in the

attached Complaint. If you fail to appear, judgment by default will be taken against you for the

relief demanded in the Complaint.

       You are hereby notified that this action is brought for the purpose of obtaining a Court

Order reducing the mortgagor redemption period from the Plaintiff's foreclosure sale of the

property legally described in the attached Complaint from six months to five weeks pursuant to

Minn. Stat. §582.032.
