just sent you a letter from the screening criteria, but wanted to restate it in more concise language. You are
conditionally approved for #1028! We would require an additional deposit equal to one month's rent due to credit.
To summarize, you will owe 1 month's rent ($1352) as a deposit additional to the $500 deposit that was due upon I
application. ln total, you will owe $1852 as a refundable deposit before you pick up your keys. This refundable deposnt
would be returned after move-out assuming no damages/past balances. Upon move-in (June 17, 2022), you will be
responsible for the monthly rent of $1352 (+any corresponding lease fees) and the $150 administrative fee.
Please let me know if you agree to the c0nditions stated above with 48 hours.
Final approval is pending Bloomington HRA inspection and approval.
