appointed Standing Special Process Servers for the dates of October 1, 2023 through
December 31, 2023, in cases filed by the law firm of Codilis & Associates, P.C. in the Mortgage
Foreclosure Section of the Chancery Division pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/2-202:

2. The Authority of the Standing Special Process Servers is limited solely to the service of
process in mortgage foreclosure cases for the dates of October 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023
3 A copy of this Order shall be filed in all new Mortgage Foreclosure cases filed by the
Law Firm of Codilis & Associates, P.C. for the dates of, October 1, 2023 through December 31,
2023, and the filing of this order in all such Mortgage Foreclosure cases shall be deemed to include,
as if fully set forth therein, the Motion and Application presented to the court required for the entry
of-this order. Plaintiff may also file a separate motion to appoint process server (consistent with this
order) in each foreclosure case filed, which shall additionally be deemed granted upon its filing by-
