8124/22 Hon. Judge Amy R. Brosnahan lsanti County Courthouse 555 188 Avenue SW Cambridge, MN 55008 RE: STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER REGARDING USE OF PERSON SUEJECTTO CONSERVATORSHIPS HOMESTEAD Judge Brosnahan. I am writing to you regarding the agreement made for using my father's homestead. I feel that the agreement is failing on several ftonts. Mainly, there have been multiple violations of the agreement, including tampering with cameras as related to subsection 8 ofthe agreement. Failure to contact Wayne Enos prior to visits to the property as stated in subsection 12. As well as, maintaining the property as mentioned in subsection 4. l've attached photos ofthe cameras being covered up by individuall as well as, on one occasion letting my father climb a ladder to cover the last of seven cameras (Six were previously covered by a sibling). I have also provided a photo of his pontoon which sat uncovered and exposed to the elements t r om 6 I 3O I 22 until 8 hG I ?2. am also concerned that in Subsection 2 it states that Wayne's "children" meaning immediate I children were the ones given access to the property, and grandchildren needed to be accompanied by one of the immediate family members. There have been several occasions where grandchildren were using the property and were unaccompanied. attached the calendar provided by my sister Catherine Lynde as per the agreement I have also which shows that only one of nine siblings is using the property. Respectfully submitted, Gregory Enos (c. 1.,-oa I ohnSon Lc ^o,1 5p'4... B*ilt
