Minnesota corporation ("Principal"), hereby appoints Jocelyn Fountain, Angela Ohmann, Tina
Deitz, Jennifer Nagel, Stacy Myers-Bice, Ralph O'Neil, Marc Peacock, Rebekah Nguyen, Deona
Brown, Shalonda Hopkins, and Stephanie Wilson as Principal's Attorneys-in-Fact to act on its
behalf in Conciliation Courts in any and all counties of Minnesota, for all claims on accounts
brought by Principal, and specifically' those claims to which this Power of Attorney is attached.

        Principal hereby gives the Attorneys-in-F act full authority to perform any other acts
necessary or incident to the execution of the powers granted herein including, but not limited to,
authority to approve all settlements, docket any judgments and request writs of execution, and to
perform all acts authorized hereby, as fully as the Principal could do if personally present, with
full power of common law of the state of Minnesota.
