          NOTICE TO PLAINTIFF IN
           CONCILIATION COURT
Enclosed you will find a Notice of Hearing. DO NOT COME TO
COURT ON THAT DATE UNLESS YOU HEAR FROM US.

The defendant can respond to the claim any time before the
hearing. If we do not receive a response from the defendant by the
time listed on the Notice of Hearing, a default judgment may be
entered on your behalf and a court appearance will not be
necessary.

If we receive a response, we will notify you of a hearing date. It
may or may not be the date listed on your Notice of Hearing. You
will be required to appear at the hearing to fully present your
