Beth L. Ulrich at 683 Spaulding Hill Road, Owego, NY 13827 in the manner indicated below:
SUITABLE AGE PERSON: By delivering a true copy of said documents to Tammy Myers, Friend, a person of suitable age
and discretion. Said premises is the usual place of abode of Beth L. Ulrich within the state. An approximate description of
Tammy Myers is as follows:
Sex: Female Color of skin/race: White Color of hair: Blonde Age: 50 Height: 5 ft 4 in Weight: 200 lbs.
The deponent asked whether Beth L. Ulrich was in active military service of the United States or the State of New York in any capacity or if they are
financially dependent on anyone in the milit and received a negative reply. The source of my information and the grounds of my belief are the
conversations and observations above narrat . Upon information and belief I aver that Beth L. Ulrich is not in the military and is not imancially dependent
on someonein active military service of the United States or the State of New York.
On 02/06/2023, deponent mailed a copy of the above listed documents to Beth L. Ulrich at 683 Spaulding Hill Road, Owego,
NY, 13827 . The documents were enclosed in a 1st Class postpaid properly addressed envelope not indicatin the ling
