                  23               1.          A copy of the petition and of the order fixing this hearing were served on

                  24      respondent in compliance with law;

                  25               2.          On January 19, 2023, a claim of lien was recorded in the office of the Recorder

                  26      of Salinas, Monterey County, California, number 2023001511, of Official Records, against the

                  27      following described property: LOT:10 BLK:6 MONTEREY PENINSULA COUNTRY CLUB

                  28      1 LOT 10 BLK 6; and

                      1            3.          No action to enforce the lien has been filed and the time period during which the

                      2   action can be brought has expired.

                      3            WHEREFORE, IT IS ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, on recordation of a certified

                      4   copy of this decree, the above-described property is released from the claim of lien of

                      5   respondent herein.

                      6            IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED that petitioner have and recover from

                      7   respondent the sum of $3,021.95 as attorney’s fees incurred in this proceeding.
