WHEREAS, on June 7, 2022, Security Fiduciary Services, Inc. was appointed
emergency guardian and conservator for Tina Marie Heise; and,
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on June 13, 2022, to determine the appropriateness of
such appointment. Tina Marie Heise was properly represented by legal counsel, Larry Johnson;
and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the hearing on June 13, 2022, it was determined that Security
Fiduciary Services, Inc., 454 West 4th Street, Red Wing, MN 55066, should be appointed
emergency guardian and conservator of Tina Marie Heise for a period of sixty (60) days until
August 7, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The emergency appointment of Security Fiduciary Services, Inc., as emergency guardian
and conservator for Tina Marie Heise is confirmed.
2. That new Emergency Letters of Guardianship and Conservatorship of Tina Marie Heise
shall be issued, which shall expire and terminate on August 7, 2022.
