The above-entitled matter came on to be heard before the Honorable Judge Askegaard, Judge of
District Court, on April 21, 2021 in the District Courtroom of the Crow Wing County Courthouse,
Brainerd, Minnesota, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 609.5312, Subd. 4(b).
Cindi Hills, Assistant Crow Wing County Attorney, appeared on behalf of the State of
Minnesota. Tyler Hedstrom, owner/operation, appeared.
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 609.5312, Subd. 4(b), this hearing was held within 96 hours of
seizure of the motor vehicle; the operator/registered owner, Tyler Hedstrom, was given notice of the
hearing at least 48 hours prior to said hearing; on April 20, 2021, the operator/registered owner, Tyler
Hedstrom, was charged with Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle in connection with this
forfeiture.
NOW, based upon files, the record, and all proceedings and submissions herein, together with
the applicable law, this Court ORDERS:
1. That Defendant property remain in the custody of the Brainerd Police Department
pending further proceedings herein.
