Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law
1. Plaintiff appeared by ex parte Affidavit pursuant to that Settlement Agreement approved by the
Court’s Order of 03/21/2023.
2. Based upon the Settlement Agreement, Plaintiff’s Affidavit, and all of the files, records,
and proceedings, the Court concludes that Plaintiff is entitled to judgment for possession
of the premises.
Order
1. JUDGMENT: The Court Administrator shall enter judgment for Plaintiff for recovery of the
premises. A Writ of Recovery of Premises and Order to Vacate (the “Writ”) shall be issued
immediately upon request and payment of fee. Plaintiff has 30 days from the date of this
Order to request the Writ.
2. SERVICE: The Clerk of Court is directed to mail, e-serve, or hand-deliver a copy of this Order
on the parties or their attorneys (as appropriate).
