[¶1]   The parties named above enter into the following agreement to conclude issues

       arising in the above captioned matter:

[¶2]   On or about February 2017, Respondent engaged legal services of Petitioner.

       The legal work was substantially completed at the end of 2019;

[¶3]   An outstanding amount remained on account, which was unpaid by

       Respondent;

[¶4]   This action was initiated on November 7, 2022, seeking unpaid legal services,

       interest accrued and costs. Respondent was thereafter served with the action by

       Polk County Sheriff’s Department;

[¶5]   In the interest of settling this matter, the parties have agreed to the following

       terms:

       a.        Respondent shall make weekly payments of $50 through ACH payment

                 beginning December 23, 2022;

       b.        The ACH payments shall be initiated by Petitioner using banking

                 information provided by Respondent;

       c.        There shall be 51 payments of $50 each, and 51st payment of $24.35;

                     Respondent agrees that she will use her 2022 tax refund to satisfy

                     the extent the rehind allows;

        e.            The total amount due is $2,574.35 which is comprised of $1,432.83 in

                                                     in client expenses, $943.70 in accrued
                      outstanding legal fees, $42.66

                      interest and $155.16 for initiation and service of this action;

                                                           until the balance is paid in full,
            f.        Following successful payments weekly
