The legal work was substantially completed at the end of 2019; [¶3] An outstanding amount remained on account, which was unpaid by Respondent; [¶4] This action was initiated on November 7, 2022, seeking unpaid legal services, interest accrued and costs. Respondent was thereafter served with the action by Polk County Sheriff’s Department; [¶5] In the interest of settling this matter, the parties have agreed to the following terms: a. Respondent shall make weekly payments of $50 through ACH payment beginning December 23, 2022; b. The ACH payments shall be initiated by Petitioner using banking information provided by Respondent; c.
