Plaintiff, the premises situated in the County of St . Louis, Missouri, described and known as
3508 CYPRESS CREEK DRIVE, APT D, FLORISSANT, MO 63031 and said property was rented to the
Defendant by the month, payable in advance, at the rate of $1,237.00 per month; the sum of $1,478.77
is now due from JULY 2023 ; the same has been demanded from said Defendant and payment has
not been made and further rent is accruing at the monthly rate of $1,237.00
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays judgment for its rent, concession and late fees up to the date of judgment,
special process
and restitution of the premises with costs and reasonable attorney fees pursuant to the lease and
server fee, cam, insurance and taxes.
