The following order is entered in the above matter:
ORDER:
You failed to virtually appear at a remote event at the Hartford Superior Court, 95 Washington Street,
Hartford, Pursuant to a lawfully issued subpoena compelling your presence on January 26, 2022. A new
virtual hearing date has been scheduled for March 23, 2022 at 10 am which you are hereby ordered to
attend.
If you fail to virtually appear as ordered by the Court, you may be subject to arrest by way of a Capias
issued by the Court. A capias authorizes a Connecticut State Marshal to take you into custody to assure
your presence in Court at the scheduled date and time.
In order to virtually appear you must provide the court with your email address at the following email:
HartfordCV.caseflow@jud.ct.gov.
Upon receipt a TEAM's Link will be sent to you with instructions on how to virtually appear and
participate in the matter. If you do not have an email or need additional assistance there may be other
accommodations available you must contact the clerk's office in advance of your matter and request
