Court File No. 62-CV-22-110 Dear Sir or Madam: I represent the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Human Services (“Commissioner”) in the above-captioned matter. Because the interests of the Commissioner and the County are similar, this Office will not take an active part in the case and does not, at this time, intend to file a brief or participate in oral argument before the Court. Please note no party is to be assessed filing fees pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 256.045, subd. 7. Since the Commissioner is a party to this case, although inactive, please provide me with copies of any notices or other documents issued by the Court in this case. Also pursuant to Rule 77.04 of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure, please provide me with a copy of any district court order or judgment which may be forthcoming in this matter. Please let me know if there is anything further I must do to be assured of notice of orders or judgments. By copy of this letter, parties are served with a Notice of Appearance.
