he makes this affidavit to comply with the act of Congress entitled, “Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief
Act of 1940 approved October l7, 1940.”
2. That, as affiant is informed and believes, the defendant James Price is an adult
residing at 1089 Tacketts Pond Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina 27614; that said defendant is not, nor
was at the commencement of this action, in the military service of the United States.
