County, State of Minnesota.

7. The names and addresses of Decedent’s spouse, Children,
heirs and other persons interested in this proceeding so far
as known or ascertainable with reasonable diligence by the
Petitioner are:

13. I have not received a demand for notice and am not aware
of any demand for notice of any probate or appointment
proceeding concerning the Decedent that may have been filed
in Minnesota or elsewhere.
14.Having conducted a reasonably diligent search, I am
unaware of any unrevoked testamentary instrument relating
to property having a situs in Minnesota and believe that
the Decedent died leaving no Will.
15.More than three years have passed since the decedent's
death and there has been no probate proceedings or
administration proceeding commenced in Minnesota or
elsewhere.
16.At the time of death, Decedent was the owner of a one—third
interest in real estate, as tenants in common, located in
Carlton County and legally described as follows:
SW of NE %, Section 5, Township
% 49, Range 20, County of
Carlton, State of Minnesota.
The Carlton County assessor's market value is $36,700.
l7.Any heir or successors and assigns possesses such property
which passed to such heir under the laws of intestate
succession in force at the Decedent’s death.
WHEREFORE, I request the Court fix a time and place for a
hearing on the Petition and enter an order formally:
