Dear Mr. Damian Williams,
I am a litigant in a Supreme Court Malpractice case. There is a pattern of surgeons that have assaulted me under
anesthesia and have done radical irreversible damage to my body. The assaults were done to me in a pattern of
other related crimes, the people v lance berry 1994, the people v. Karen Panoch 2001, the assault of dr. Allan
Matarasso under anesthesia 2003 , the people v. shelly Crespo 2009, Lenox Hill Hospital Emergency Dept aid
and abet 2009, Lenox Hill Hospital aid and abet 2016, 119 South Street Management LLC aid and abet, 2020-
2023 and the assault of dr. Stephen T. Greenberg c/o Greenberg Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology 2022
I am seeking to recover money damages from these injures by these doctors and recover money damages by my
former landlord 119 South Street Management LLC that engaged in this scheme by blocking me from work while
demanding rent of 3200 a month.
The New York County District Attorney was also sued, and in denial that any of this is real or has caused real
financial loss or real danger to my life. By doing this, they are claiming I keep on having to give new information
to the causes of action of this case, when it is clear that I can prove by documents from other doctors that had to
do corrective surgery and in the content of their explanations, as well as photos show this is a fact.
The Judge on this case has prejudged from the start and is still making biased and predetermined decisions. The
reason is that there is an underlying issue with corruption of the legal New York county district attorney’s office
in concert with people associated with Genovese Gambino members and are further getting help from persons
associated with the Jewish Mafia that are highly connected with government employees.
Specifically, Anna Pilato xxxxxx, who is associated with Genovese-Gambino family’s is the manipulator along
with my younger brother Paul xxxxxx, and they are getting help from Matthew D. Levy and Aaron Levy that has
influence because of their attorney Jonathan Gardner and Michael Canty of Labaton Succarow. I am familiar with
Michael Canty background as a federal prosecutor. It is a statement of fact that both these attorneys are using their
professional license as general counsel to the mafia, specifically having to do with drugs and abusing prescription
drugs. My brother was in a hospital because of it. The perpetrators are projecting this illegal behavior on to me
and have been retaliating by claiming I am a sex worker and is the reason why I am being assaulted by these
surgeons. It not about me required submitting new information, this is about a scheme of people well connected
and with a lot of money to shut me down by repeatedly being in denial.

Dr Allan Matarasso in concert agreed to help the DA’s Office and the mafia associated with Anna xxxxxx and
my own family members assert I am working as a sex worker, that my landlord at the time admitted to me, and I
was evicted from my apartment because this lie spread to employers and model and talent agents representing me
after I paid the doctor $30,000. They are repeating the same narrative with my resent former landlord 119 South
Street Management LLC represented by Allison M. Furman. The weight of what these defendants are hiding is
intended to be an ongoing hit on my life, constantly denied and interfered with by the New York County DA.
Please intervene with this case. The next court date is September 18 in Judge Kathy Kings court room. I am also
going to recall the stay on the US Court of Appeals Case but I am willing to drop any allegations about the FBI,
since it was the DA’s office through the mafia that is lying to the FBI about me, and using my mother and father
to cover up many years of crimes by Anna xxxxxx and Matthew D Levy manipulating Paul xxxxxx as I have
recently learned. The attorney Allision M. Furman and the DAs office have already attempted to contact my
current landlord and yet again, connect me with some unsavory people in the building. A redundant mechanism
and narrative they fraudulently pass on the FBI about me, as it is Anna xxxxxx and Matthew Levy that have the
connection with a gangster named Peter Lapadora, not me about their grievances that they think I know things
about drugs related to them, which was admitted by this person, so now I know the underlying reasons for my
troubles.
Because of Gardner and Canty of Labaton Suchow using his professional license as general council for the mafia
related to Anna xxxxxx and Matthew D. Levy, Judges are rendering bad decisions and the damaging length of
time and repercussions are very severe.
