                   1. I am an attorney duly admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and a Partner
          in the law firm Caruso Smith Picini PC, located at 60 Route 46 East, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004.

                  2. I submit this Affidavit in support of my application to be admitted pro hac vice to
          practice before this Court as attorney for Defendant Yardley of London Ltd.

                   3. I am admitted to practice law before the following courts:

                      a. State of New Jersey (admitted 1983).
                      b. United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (admitted 1983).

                  4. No disciplinary proceedings are presently pending, nor have any disciplinary

                       5.        I am          familiar           with          and       agree         to     be     bound          by     the      standards              of    professional             conduct

         imposed            upon         members               of    the        New        York         Bar,         including            the     rules     of      court        governing          the    conduct

         of   attorneys                 and        the      Rules         of     Professional                   Conduct             (22         N.Y.C.R.R.              part        1200).          And,     if   this

         application               is granted,               I subject           myself              to the     jurisdiction               of the         courts        of New         York         with    respect
