Defendant COLGATE-PALMOLIVE COMPANY, (hereinafter "Colgate" or
"Defendant"), by and through its undersigned counsel, Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP,
hereby furnishes the following amended list of fact witnesses whom it may call, either live or by
deposition, at the time of the trial. This list does not include custodians or witnesses whose
testimony would authenticate documents or furnish chain of custody. Colgate also reserves the
right to call or use the testimony of any witnesses designated by any other party; anyone replacing
the job position held by any witness; any rebuttal witness or witnesses; and any witness or witnesses
whose testimony becomes necessary because of unexpected circumstances. Colgate further
reserves the right to substitute other individuals for those designated in the event that schedule
conflicts or other reasons preclude a designated witness from testifying at trial. Colgate disclaims
any duty to introduce any of the witnesses at trial by virtue of placing them on the list. Colgate
