          attorneys for the plaintiff and the attorneys for defendant, Port Jervis Laboratories, Inc. f/k/a

          Kolmar Laboratories, Inc. (“Port Jervis”), that the return date for Port Jervis’ motion to dismiss

          based on forum non conveniens (Motion Seq. 001) shall be adjourned to September 18, 2023, or

         as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, with Port Jervis’ reply to be filed by September 15,

         2023.

                  IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that this Stipulation may be signed in
