originally scheduled for November 14, 2022. Michael R. Sultze appeared on behalf of Plaintiff, M &
S Sultze, LLC, who was represented by Michael D. Bernatz, attorney-at-law, of Bernatz Law Office,
53 E. Third Street, Suite 210, Winona, MN 559897. Defendant, Robert Lee Maringer, appeared
November 14, 2022 but did not appear November 22, 2022 and was in default.
Based upon the record herein, Defendant’s failure to appear, and Defendant’s failure to pay
rent, which failure constitutes a breach of the Commercial Lease Agreement dated March 2, 2021
between Plaintiff and Defendant, the Court makes the following Order.
ORDER
It is the order of the Court that Judgment shall be entered for Plaintiff and a Writ of Recovery
shall be issued.
LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY
