33) and August 14, 2023 (efile doc no. 37). Kindly provide in ten days to avoid unnecessary judicial
intervention.
Further, this shall confirm that Defendant City's Examination before Trial is scheduled for
November 17, 2023 and Defendant Auer/AAA is scheduled for December 15, 2023. Please mark your
calendars accordingly.
