On this day came to be considered the Plaintiffs Motion for Substituted Service pursuant
to Rule 106 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. After considering the Motion and attached
Affidavit, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be GRANTED.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that service on Defendant ROMAN CONNERSON may be
effected by either attaching a copy of the citation with Plaintiff s Original Petition to the front
door of the Defendant’s residence, which is 9611 Custer Apt 2237, Plano, Texas 75025 or by
delivering such documents to anyone over the age of 16 years of age at the Defendant’s residence
as stated above.
