4. The defendant property is located within San Bernardino County and is within the

5. On or about October 30, 2022, said defendant property was seized at 6061 North
Riverside Ave., Rialto, California 92377 by officers of the San Bernardino County
Sheriff’s Department who were investigating violation(s) of H&S l 1370.6

said defendant property was possessed, acquired, used, and/or intended for use, as:
