PERSONALLY appeared before me, the undersigned, who being duly sworn, says that:
1 He is one of the attorneys for the Plaintiff in the above-entitled action.
2. This action was brought for the purpose of having the rights of the parties herein to
the real estate described in the said action adjudicated and to forever bar any and all claims, rights,
titles, interest, estates and/or liens, other than those of the Plaintiff, in, or upon the said real estate;
that a part of the relief which the Plaintiff demands in this action is to exclude the Defendant,
Johnny Callaham, Jr. from any interest in the said real estate; and that the said Defendant, therefore,
is a proper party to this action.
3 Based upon the Affidavits of the process server on file herein, and after proper due
diligence, the aforementioned-Defendant, could not be located for service at the last known
address: 3 Country Club Dr., Unit 2, Middletown, NY 10940,
4 As evidenced by the Certificate of Mailing included herewith, copies of the Lis
Pendens, Summons, Complaint, and Notice of Foreclosure Intervention have been mailed to the
last known address of the Defendant pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 15-9-740.
