STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS COUNTY OF LEE C/A NO.: 2023-CP-31-00060 United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor agency, United States Department of Agriculture, Plaintiff, vs. CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER Eddie Lee Jackson, Cynthia A. Jackson, and 2011-05-02-01 Republic Finance, Defendants. Upon information and belief, based upon representations from the Plaintiff, the undersigned attorney for the Plaintiff does hereby certify as follows: 1 That this is an action for the foreclosure of owner-occupied real property; 2 That the Mortgagor(s) have been served with the Notice of Right to Foreclosure Intervention for the purpose of seeking a resolution of the foreclosure action by loan modification or other means of loss mitigation; That the Plaintiff, or its designated agent, has received and examined all documents and records required to be submitted by the Mortgagor(s) to evaluate eligibility for foreclosure intervention; That the Mortgagor(s) have been afforded a full and fair opportunity to submit any other information or data pertaining to the Mortgagor(s)’s loan or personal circumstances for consideration by the Plaintiff; That after completion of the foreclosure intervention process, the Mortgagor(s) do not qualify for loan modification or other means of loss mitigation, in accordance with any standards, rules or guidelines of the Plaintiff applicable to the mortgage loan, and the parties have been unable to reach any other agreement concerning the foreclosure process; That notice of the denial of loan modification or other means of loss mitigation, including notice that the Mortgagor(s) have 30 days from the date of mailing of notice of denial of relief to file and serve an answer or other response to the Plaintiff's summons and complaint, has been served on the Mortgagor(s) by mailing such notice to all known addresses of the Mortgagor(s); and, 7 That more than 30 days have elapsed since the mailing of the notice described in (6) above, and no response has been received by the Plaintiff.
