Probable   cause for this arrest is as follows:

On 9/2/2021 at approximately 0800 hours, | responded to a disturbance at the Denny's, located at 1340 Tamiami Trail,
Port Charlotte, Florida.

Upon my arrival, | made contact with a subject involved, B/M Marjesta Kingcade (DOB: 8/28/1980).
Marjesta was ran through FCIC/NCIC by Central Communications. It was returned and confirmed that Marjesta had a
warrant out of Sarasota County, warrant# W844601975, case number 2021CF004749NC.

Marjesta was placed under arrest, searched, handcuffed (double-locked), and transported to the Charlotte County Jail
without incident.
